Returns/Product exchange

You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 40 days from your item's delivery date.  


WARNING – Returns/product exchange will not be accepted if product is not in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.
Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed or product exchange confirmed.
Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged unless an error was made by us. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return unless an error was made by us.

For Returns/product exchange Please follow the instructions below:
1. Write a note with your order number and instructions – reason of return or what other product id/size/color you want to exchange. If you request a refund, include your bank account number – IBAN and SWIFT

2. Ship the product together with a note to our address – FansMania, Bajkalska 10/B, Bratislava 82108, Slovakia. W
hichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and ship via a trackable method.

 

After receiving you return/product exchange, we will contact you within 10 business days. Return/product exchange will be solved with one of the following solutions:
1.  We accept your return/product exchange

2.  We issue a refund.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 15 business days. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price if there wasn’t an error caused by us. Refund is possible only to paypal or bank account

3. We do not accept a return due to a violation of our return/terms of use policy.
